Residential Park Sofia is divided into internal quarters outlined by internal streets (alleys). Every quarter represents a relatively separate entity, the outlook of which is determined through the ensemle of the residential buildings (different types of single-family, multi-family and row-houses) and the park environment.

In general one can say that the multi-family houses and the row-houses are located in the central parts of the complex and the bigger part of the single-family houses takes up the periphery.

A Commercial Area is situated in the extreme north-eastern part (i.e. near the Ring-Road looking to the future mega shopping center Forum Sofia), where restaurants, services and commercial outlets, sport and conference facilities are concentrated. One of the main entrances, the eastern entrance, leads to this part of the complex. The residents of Residential Park Sofia will have unlimited access to the commercial area from the internal quarters but visitors will not be allowed to drive into Residential Park Sofia when exiting the Commercial Area. The construction of the Commercial Area started in August 2008. Residential Park Sofia has chosen carefully first class restaurants and commercial chains to negotiate with opening of outlets in the complex. 

The facilities on the territory of Residential Park Sofia are meant exclusively for the future residents. The sport facilities, conference halls, etc. will be available to visitors only against payment.

A new style in the residential building in Bulgaria introduce the so called row-houses. This kind of construction originates from quite ancient times (first examples are known b. C.), but it is given a new functional and aesthetical image in the western-european architecture from the 16th and 17th century. Row-houses shape the streets in a number of western-european cities till today.


 
As the "front part" of these houses has to represent as per its nature a harmonic facade, it is the back part or more precisely the inner yard that offers private space and a chance for retirement.



Also in Residential Park Sofia all row-houses have a small backyard.

The row-houses are executed in huge variety and the contemporary construction brings always new variants. 
The investor of Residential Park Sofia has chosen a couple of types of row-houses, which on one side offer the comfort and space of a single-family house and on other side allow to place the greenery more widely and to put the accent not as much on a single house but on a nicely complemented entireness. 



In the first phase of the project around 55 row-houses will be executed and brought in operation at the beginning of 2009. 

The construction works of Residential Park Sofia are realised in three phases. 
At the end of September 2008 the construction works of all 300 residential units of phase I are at final stage and execution of finishing works has started; asphalting of the internal streets (alleys) and paving of the footways, that will grant access to the central parts of the complex, are carried out at full speed. 



The internal quarters take shape as green areas, trees and plants, gabions and foot-paths are prepared to welcome the first residents in Residential Park Sofia.
