The internal partition walls are executed with system Knauf W112 (Germany), double-layered gypsum-board and filling of 40 mm mineral wool with volume weight 40 kg/m3.

* Doors and windows
Aluminium joinery of Schueco (Germany) has been used for the entrance doors of the multi-family houses.

The entrance apartment doors are produced by Westag & Getalit (Germany) and are distinguished through especially high sound-isolation indices.

The inner doors are produced by Westag & Getalit (Germany).



The garage doors are section-type doors with remote control of Novoferm (Germany).

The windows are executed with PVC joinery, system Schueco (Germany) and have in-built roll-blinds.



* Internal buildings' installations
Heating of the houses and supply / preparation of hot water are provided through gas kettles and boilers of the German manufacturer WOLF. The equipment is mounted in a technical room on the basement of every house. The consumption of heating energy is read by individual measuring devices.
