
Residential Park Sofia invests 20 mln Leva in building the infrastructure that will serve directly the residents of the future complex and will naturally be used also by all employees and visitors to the administrative and commercial buildings emerging around. The new construction and the rehabilitation works develop one main road junction at the Ring-Road, blvd. Alexander Malinov and Malinova dolina street; the junction will change decisively the transport possibilities for the whole region of Mladost as well as for Bistritza and the villa zones Malinova dolina and Bunkera.
The area around Business Park Sofia has already shaped as the only one truly functioning suburb center, where a large number of Bulgarian and foreign companies, commercial chains and residential developments on the southern side of the Ring-Road at the foot of the mountain Vitosha are concentrated. The road junction will provide for modern and highly qualitative infrastructure for all of them. Among the buildings that have already been put into operation following should be named: Technopolis, Cinema Arena, BMW Representative Office, Furniture Chain Como, Sport Depot and Sffera. The business center Alpha Park and the complex of Hyundai (the bigger part of which was bought by Landmark Property Bulgaria and will represent an administrative building with office premises) are at advanced stage of construction.
The investors in Residential Park Sofia are convinced that the modern and well maintained environment is an integral part of the contemporary luxury when talking about residential real estate; the road infrastructure is an extremely important part of it.
There will be a couple of main access streets to Residential Park Sofia:

- from the Ring-Road (direction Plovdiv): through one of the main street arteries the “North - South” street (working designation); the “North - South” street is located between Residential Park Sofia and the Shopping Mall Forum Sofia, the construction works of which should start in the first half of 2008; the elements of the engineer infrastructure (water supply & sewage pipelines, power supply and gas supply ducts, street lighting) are already laid down and the works on the sidewalks have started;
- from the Ring-Road (direction Plovdiv) it will be possible to drive into the complex also through the so called Southern Local street; the road structure is constructed at the moment; the supporting gabion wall is already erected and can be viewed between the so called Western and Eastern overhead crossings;

- from the central part of Sofia (blvd. Alexander Malinov) and from Business Park Sofia through the so called Eastern overhead crossing that will allow fast and direct access to the developments on the southern side of the Ring-Road; 
rehabilitation works have been executed on boulevard Alexander Malinov passing by Business Park Sofia what included repairing of the road covering, construction of additional exit to the Ring-Road, street lightning and lighting in a tunnel that was built a long time ago, but has never been accomplished and put into operation; the Ring-Road itself has also been widened and asphalted in the part between Business Park Sofia and Residential Park Sofia;

- from the Ring-Road (direction Pernik / Kulata): through the Northern Local street and the Eastern overhead crossing;
- in the long-term the project for reconstruction of the Ring-Road between Simeonovo chaussee and the highway Thracia foresees that circular crossroads will be constructed at Bistritza chaussee; this will allow the drivers using the Ring-Road (direction Pernik / Kulata) to make there a reverse turn to Residential Park Sofia.
The residents of Residential Park Sofia will have also the so called Western overhead crossing at their disposal; it will be an one-way street and will give them direct access from the residential complex over the Ring-road to Business Park Sofia and blvd. Alexander Malinov (direction downtown).
Internal infrastructure
Parallel with the construction of the residential buildings in Residential Park Sofia the works on the internal infrastructure are executed. The general concept of the street net has been predetermined by the German designers Steidle Architekten along with the preparation of the master plan.
The street net in Residential Park Sofia will consist of asphalted alleys with overall length of 3,5 km. Every building within the complex will have a direct exit into a street.

Separated parking places will be located on the one side of the alleys. Greenery will surround all along the alleys; the pavements will lie on its internal side. This is a new solution for Sofia that besides the purely esthetical effect aims at holding the passengers as far away from the roadways as possible.
