Three quarters of Residential Park Sofia and the belonging infrastructure have been accomplished and obtained permission for use in June 2009: quarters 11, 12 and 13.
These are the quarters located in the northern part of the complex in vicinity to the Ring-Road, to the Commercial Area (in process of construction) and to the office and commercial buildings of other investors.

The quarters 11, 12 and 13 comprise 18 multi-family houses with total of 116 apartments and 38 row houses. The rest of the quarters of Phase I, i.e. quarters 14, 17, 19 and a part of quarters 15 and 18 are intended to be brought into operation in July 2009.
