Residential Park Sofia

The construction of Residential Park Sofia started in March 2007. It is a large-scale residential development of closed type – the first of its kind and scale for Bulgaria. It is located in the southernmost part of Sofia, at the foot of Vitosha Mountain and in a close proximity to Business Park Sofia. There are also a number of commercial and office projects in development or construction stage.

Residential Park Sofia is developing in three stages. It is intended to consist 700 residential units, situated in carefully prepared and maintained green environment with an overwhelming view to the slopes of the mountain in the south and the west and to the rapidly growing city of Sofia in the north.
Тhe first stage оf RPS was succesfully put into operation in October 2009; it is consisted of around 300 residential units located in row houses, single and multi family houses.

On the 18th of June 2010, the First Part of the set in the concept Commercial Area received its Permission to use. With its 3400 sq.m. of commercial areas and unique combination of services, it  promise to become an attractive destination with great development potential. The commercial area will be consisted of supermarket, pharmacy/drug-store, bank branch, dry cleaners, beauty salon/hair-dressers, restaurants, cafes, facilities for sport and recreation – swimming pool, fitness center, massage parlor, sauna and basketball pitch; kindergarten and offices.
