Business Park Sofia's building 15 celebrates its groundbreaking
Building 15 of Business Park Sofia celebrated its groundbreaking on the 21th of June 2017. The official start of the construction works was given by the General Managers and employees of the investor, general contractor, designer and project manager. The building is expected to be finished by the end of 2018.
The project is an investment of Arco Real Property Holdings and represents a new Class "A" building, part of the existing complex "Business Park Sofia". Lindner Immobilien Management is responsible for the project management of the construction works. This is another major project, which our company will add to its portfolio of realized projects.
