Residential Park Sofia - honored in the competition Building of the year 2010
It is our pleasure to announce, that Residential Park Sofia, with administrative name residential complex Sofia Park, was honored in the most prestigious architectural competition in Bulgaria – “Building of the Year”, in the category Residential Buildings. The award ceremony took place on 16.12.2010g. in the Kempinski Hotel Zografski. Mr. Georgi Ranchev – General Manager of Residential Park Sofia EOOD, received the award for Investor. Also awarded were the General contractor – “Lindner Bulgaria” EOOD, and the designers who worked on the project – “Arhibau” OOD, “Platikanova & Partners” OOD and “City control” OOD.
Sofia Park is the second major project of the Lindner Group in Bulgaria. It is a residential complex of closed type, which construction is divided in 3 phases and includes a variety of multi-family, single family and row houses.
