Residential Park Lozen, Phase II

Phase II of the Residential Park Lozen project is adding another 59 two-family and row houses to the complex. Like Phase I, it is also offering professional Facility management services and is being served by the adjacent Public Area with all its amenities.

 

​Since the end of 2025 namely in Phase II a new sports area has been opened! It is including a basketball court with additional football goals, outdoor fitness and a playground, and the surrounding area is harmoniously designed with terraced alleys, greenery and benches. The area is also equipped with lighting – an ideal solution for the short winter days.
