As part of the project management, Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD provides the organisation and control of all processes during the pre-project activities, planning, construction, and warranty services on a project. The main objective is the successful and qualitative implementation of the project, observing the time schedules, financial and other parameters. The ‘project manager’ is responsible for the communication and obtains an important link between the investor and all other parties during the project implementation.
