Тhe Groundbreaking ceremony of Phase 1 of "Lozen Tech Park" took place оn June 21, 2023. This is the new project of the “Lindner” Group in Bulgaria, with which the german investor of the projects "Business Park Sofia", "Residential Park Sofia" and "Residential Park Lozen", confirmed its image of an innovator on the Bulgarian market in the field of residential and office projects.

We are happy to announce that Residential Park Lozen EOOD received permissions for use for the first houses of Phase 1 of the project!

On July 1, 2021. was the Groundbreaking ceremony of Phase 2 of Residential Park Lozen, which will complement Phase 1 of the project with another 59 two-family and row houses.

„Residential Park Sofia“ EOOD starts the construction of Phase 3C. Phase 3C is an extension to the existing complex, which envisages the construction of six three-storey residential buildings with apartments and one common underground level for parking spaces.

Residential Park Lozen EOOD has launched Phase 2 of the project, which will expand the complex with another 59 two-family and row houses. The company already has all building permits and plans to start the construction works at the beginning of 2021.

On June 25, 2019 was the Groundbreaking ceremony of Residential Park Lozen. This is another big project of the Lindner Group in Bulgaria, after the already successful projects "Business Park Sofia" and "Residential Park Sofia". Official guests of the event were Deputy Prime Minister of Bulgaria Tomislav Donchev, Helmut Lang, CEO of Lindner Group AG, Veronika Lindner, Head of Supervisory board of Lindner AG, partner and member of the family Lindner, Tim Kurt, President of the German- Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Assoc. Prof. Todor Chobanov, Deputy Mayor of Sofia Municipality and Hubertus Klink, Head of the Economic Department of the German Embassy in Bulgaria.

On the 11th of October 2018 was the Groundbreaking on the Phase 3B of Residential Park Sofia. It will complement the residential complex with 7 more single-family and 8 multifamily residential buildings, consisting of 7 to 10 apartments, including maisonettes.

On December 18, 2017, the award ceremony of the national competition "Building of the year 2017" took place. Back in 2010, Residential Park Sofia - the first and only one of its kind as a residential complex in Bulgaria, was awarded in the "Building of the year" competition, and now 7 years later with the expansion of the complex and the realization of Phase 2, Residential Park Sofia EOOD received the award in the category "Residential complexes with multifamily houses".

Building 15 of Business Park Sofia celebrated its groundbreaking on the 21th of June 2017. The official start of the construction works was given by the General Managers and employees of the investor, general contractor, designer and project manager. The building is expected to be finished by the end of 2018.

The German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GBCIC) organized a Bavarian Night in the Residential Park Sofia on May 30, 2016, at which 100 company representatives were present. Guest of honour has been Mr. Rosen Plevneliev – Bulgaria’s President. In his speech, the President emphasized the Residential Park Sofia as a clear evidence for Bavarian-Bulgarian cooperation: “Together we can achieve much more for Bulgaria and for Europe”.

“Panorama Sofia” - a project of the Lindner Group in Bulgaria, was awarded in category “Buildings with elements of green architecture” of the national contest “BUILDING OF THE YEAR”.

An integrated management system of ABB i-bus® KNX – system installed in “smart” apartment in residential building “Panorama Sofia”. The system allows integrated control to all installations and interoperability of their functions.

Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD was awarded as General planer and Project manager for the project of ABB Bulgaria EOOD - Rakovski Branch - Factory for low and medium voltage electrical components in the category “Industrial and Logistic Buildings” of the twelfth edition of the national contest Building of the Year.

After issuing the Construction permit on 12.07.2010, the Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD team has begun work on the construction of another building, part of neighborhood 16 – Commercial Area of the complex Residential Park Sofia.

To be part of the complex, which creator it is, Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD moved into its new office in Block 16V, as of 21.06.2010.
