“Factory for electric storage water heaters of manufacturing devision storage water heaters” city of Shumen of “Tesy” OOD. Tesy Is a leader in the production of appliances in Bulgaria and already well known in the European market. The Project Management has been entrusted to “Lindner Immobilien Management” EOOD.

The Project is composed of:

• Administrative building with an approximate built up area of 1700 sq.m.
• New production and storage building including warm connections and transport corridor with an approximate area of 2630 sq.m.

The preparatory construction activities started In July 2015 and the Project was finished in the Spring of 2016.
