Building of the Year 2013
Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD was awarded as General planer and Project manager for the project of ABB Bulgaria EOOD - Rakovski Branch - Factory for low and medium voltage electrical components in the category “Industrial and Logistic Buildings” of the twelfth edition of the national contest Building of the Year.
Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD was awarded as General planer and Project manager for the project of ABB Bulgaria EOOD - Rakovski Branch - Factory for low and medium voltage electrical components in the category “Industrial and Logistic Buildings” of the twelfth edition of the national contest Building of the Year. The contest was held on December 11th, in Sofia. Subcontractor of the planning was Steven Leach Associates Bulgaria OOD with General Manager Enrico Repouz and General Planer Arch. Pavlin Pavlov.
The planning started in September 2012 and shortly afterwards, on the 6th of December 2012, was the groundbreaking ceremony. The factory was successfully put into exploitation in October 2013.The factory is located in Industrial zone "Rakovski", Plovdiv district and consists of two main buildings –Administrative building and Production hall with 16.000m2 built up area. It is expected to provide approximately 400 new workplaces, which will have a significant positive social impact of Rakovski municipality and Plovdiv region.
