Groundbreaking of Phase III A
Only a month after Phase 2 of Residential Park Sofia has obtained an usage permit, Residential Park Sofia is starting the construction of Phase 3A. On the 26th of January 2017 was the Groundbreaking on the site where Mr. Georgi Ranchev, General Manager of “Residential Park Sofia” EOOD and Mr. Werner Hoffmann, General Manager of “Lindner Bulgaria” EOOD officially marked the start of the construction works. Guests of the event were also the representatives of the designers “Skica” EOOD and “Plan 31 Sglobyaemi konstrukcii”EOOD as well as the construction supervision company “Consulting Engineering Group” OOD (CEG).
Phase 3A will consist of 18 single-family houses and 1 multi-family house with 12 apartments and the commissioning is expected to be in 2018.
