Groundbreaking of Phase III B
On the 11th of October 2018 was the Groundbreaking on the Phase 3B of Residential Park Sofia. It will complement the residential complex with 7 more single-family and 8 multifamily residential buildings, consisting of 7 to 10 apartments, including maisonettes.
General contractor of the construction is Lindner Bulgaria EOOD and the designers are Architecture Studio „Skica“ ЕООD and „Markan Project“ OOD. The construction works are supposed to be finished in the beginning of 2021.
