The Rector of UNWE signed a memorandum of cooperation with Lindner
A memorandum of cooperation was signed by UNWE Rector Prof. Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov and Assoc. Dr. Georgi Ranchev, General Manager of Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD and lecturer in the "Financial Control" department of UNWE.
"One of the university's priorities is building partnership relations with the business, and this memorandum is a continuation of the agreement with the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the largest bilateral chamber in Bulgaria. It has nearly 600 German, Bulgarian and international companies as members," said Prof. Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov.
Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD is a company specialising in investment and construction control for the projects of the Lindner Group in Bulgaria, a member of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

This is another large-scale project of "Lindner Immobilien Management" EOOD in residential complex Lozen Park, in the village of Lozen”, Assoc. Dr. Georgi Ranchev extended an invitation to the Rector.
Assoc. Dr. Ranchev also presented Lozen Tech Park - the new large-scale project of the Lindner group in the country, with which the German investor of the Business Park Sofia, Residential Park Sofia and Residential Park Lozen projects strengthens its image as an innovator on the Bulgarian market in the field of residential and office projects. Currently, the construction of Phase 1 is underway, which represents an investment of about 20 million BGN and includes 2 buildings with offices and commercial areas.
The signing of the memorandum by UNWE was attended by Assoc. Dr. Mihail Musov, Vice-Rector for Research and International Cooperation, Prof. Tsvetana Stoyanova, Vice-Rector for Institutional and Business Cooperation and Student Policies, Assoc. Dr. Alexandrina Murdjeva, head of the Information Technologies and Communications department and coordinator of the agreement.
The agreement includes joint initiatives and projects, organisation of seminars and conferences, public lectures, and internships for students.
