Buildings 1 and 2 of "Lozen Tech Park" with permission to use

At the end of 2025, “Lozen Tech Park” EOOD obtained a permission to use for its first Buildings 1 and 2. They represent Phase 1 of the project - an investment worth about 12 million euros. It is distinguished by low-rise, three-storey buildings with a total gross floor area of 7,535 sq m. They include both office space and premises for a shop, restaurant, bakery, etc. 1 underground and 2 outdoor parking spaces are available to owners and tenants.
The construction of Buildings 3 and 4 is about to start. In its entirety the project is planned to include a total of 16 buildings with modern infrastructure, public spaces and service areas for work and creativity, all in close proximity to the mountain, amidst fresh air, nature, with quick access to the city along the Ring Road and sufficient parking spaces.
