Campus Lozen Park with an award from the contest Building of the Year, 2025

The project, developed by the German Lindner Group in Bulgaria, is a modern campus for kindergarten and primary school, a remarkable educational center implemented in a long-term partnership with International School Uwekind. It opened its doors at the beginning of the 2025/2026 school year.

The investor award was given to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Georgi Ranchev, General Manager of Campus Lozen Park EOOD and Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD. On behalf of Uwekind, the event was honored by Ms. Yulia Pchelarova – Ms. Zarina Fileva-Ivanova – co-founders, owners and directors of Uwekind International School. The main contractor of the project is Lindner Bulgaria EOOD, and the design was done by the architectural bureau IPA EOOD.

"Campus Lozen Park" is part of the investor's vision for Lozen Park as a modern suburban center, where "Lindner" will create a unique symbiosis between home, work and social life, all in one place.
