First permissons for use for Residental Park Lozen

We are happy to announce that Residential Park Lozen EOOD received permissions for use for the first houses of Phase 1 of the project! The construction of Phase 1 began in the summer of 2019 and includes 135 single-family, two-family and row houses. This is the third large-scale project of the Lindner Group in Bulgaria after Business Park Sofia and Residential Park Sofia. With this project our team was able to realize a not only large-scale, but also a very complex and labor-intensive project in terms of infrastructure - construction of a complete new external and internal infrastructure.

The remaining part of Phase 1 will be put into operation in the next few months. In addition, the construction of the Public Area of the project is about to start.

Another 27 houses from Phase 1 and 59 houses from Phase 2 are also in the process of construction and sale.
