ABB Bulgaria, Rakovski branch

Further to its expansion in Bulgaria, ABB started the construction of a new factory for low- and medium voltage electrical components. The scope of services of Lindner Immobilien Management includes planning and project management. The Built up area of the factory amounts approx.16,000 m², of which 14,000 m² – production hall and 2,000 m² – offices.

The planning started in September 2012 and shortly afterwards, on the 6th of December 2012 was the groundbreaking ceremony. The factory was successfully put into exploitation in October 2013.
